These terms cover your use of YesPoster, operated by Webquiel, a sole proprietorship of Rahul Arun Gore. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not, do not use the service.
What the service does
YesPoster publishes posts to social media accounts you connect and authorise. You may compose one post, optionally tailor it per platform, attach media, and publish it immediately or at a scheduled time.
Your account
You are responsible for the security of your account and for everything published through it. Connect only accounts you own or are authorised to post on behalf of. Tell us at once if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your content
You keep all rights to what you write and upload. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, and to transmit it to the platforms you select. We claim no ownership and will not publish anything you did not ask us to publish.
Platform rules apply to you
Every post you send through YesPoster is also governed by the terms of the platform receiving it. You are responsible for complying with the developer and user agreements of X, LinkedIn and Meta, including their rules on automation, duplicate content and spam. A platform may rate-limit, suspend or ban your account for content sent through us, and that is between you and them. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp., LinkedIn Corporation or Meta Platforms, Inc.
Acceptable use
You may not use YesPoster to:
- post unlawful, infringing, harassing or deceptive content;
- send spam, or post identical content across many accounts to manipulate reach;
- impersonate anyone, or post to accounts you are not authorised to use;
- circumvent a platform’s rate limits or automation rules;
- probe, overload or reverse engineer the service.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules, without notice where the breach is serious.
Publishing is best effort
We depend on third-party APIs that change, rate-limit, and fail. A post may be delayed, may be rejected by a platform, or may succeed on some platforms and fail on others. Scheduled posts publish on a best-effort basis and may run late. We give no uptime guarantee and no service level agreement. Check that important posts published as intended.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service. Where a change materially reduces what you get, we will give reasonable notice by email.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your profile menu, which erases your data as described in the privacy policy. Posts already published to a platform remain there and must be deleted on that platform.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of data or reputation arising from a post that failed to publish, published late, or published in a form you did not intend. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes to these terms
We will update the date at the top of this page when these terms change, and notify you by email of material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
